Author Omid Scobie, often referred to as Meghan Markle's spokesperson, has been generating buzz with the latest news about his new book.
The alleged close friend of the Duchess of Sussex announced his next project on X (formerly Twitter), revealing that his upcoming fiction book Royal Spin is in the process of being adapted into a TV series.
This announcement follows the release of his controversial project that exposed insights into the Royal family.
He penned, "When my next book project was announced in March, I said it was the start of something *very* special — and here’s another reason why: I’m beyond excited to share that @UniversalTV have acquired the rights to #RoyalSpin and we are turning it into a show!"
"I’m so lucky to be working with the most talented people to bring it to life..." Scobie added.
In an interview with GB News, royal biographer Angela Levin also elaborated on the details of the new book.
'One thing that is really interesting is that Omid Scobie has written another book. It's fiction, unlike the other one. It's definitely fiction. It would be similar to The Crown.
'What it is, it's about a pacifist who is brought in to make a fresh start in Buckingham Palace. They face challenges and protocols of the royal household. So, it will involve a lot of interactions with the royal family, but it will not be a sensible promotion of Meghan.'
