Benny Blanco shows love for Selena Gomez’s new film ‘Emilia Perez’

Benny Blanco is Selena Gomez’s biggest fan, and he proves it everyday with his unwavering public support for her career.

For instance, when Gomez, 31, recently took to her Instagram to share a trailer for her upcoming film with Zoe Saldana, a musical crime comedy called Emilia Peréz, Blanco didn’t waste a second to hype her up in the comments section.

“Raise ur hand if u have watched this trailer over 100 times,” wrote Blanco. 

In another comment, the music producer, 36, displayed how absolutely smitten he was with Gomez by posting multiple heart-eyes emojis.

Emilia Peréz is an upcoming Spanish-language musical crime comedy starring Zoe Saldaña, Karla Sofía Gascón, Selena Gomez, Adriana Paz, and Édgar Ramírez.

The film’s plot revolves around a trans Mexican cartel leader (Gascón) and her wife (Gomez) who seek the help of a Mexico City lawyer (Saldaña) to help them flee the country and receive gender-affirming surgery.

The movie is set to premier in French theatres on August 21 and will be available for streaming on Netflix this Fall on November 13, 2024.
