Sofia Vergara reveals her morning secret ingredient to keep her active all day
Sofia Vergara spills the beans about her favourite morning ritual in a new interview
Sofia Vergara has recently revealed one thing she loves to take in the morning to keep her active throughout the day.
“Right when I wake up, the first thing on my mind is coffee,” admitted Sofia in a new interview with US Weekly, while promoting her coffee company, ¡DIOS MÍO!
Sofia, who launched her coffee company this month, said, “It’s a must before I can tackle anything else.”
The Modern Family alum also shared her “absolute favourite” caffeinated beverage is “the ¡DIOS MÍO! dark roast [called] ‘Strength’ with no milk or sugar”.
“I tend to enjoy about three cups of coffee a day — two in the morning and one at lunch,” she spilled.
Sofia told the outlet, “I make sure to cut myself off by 4:00 p.m. so it doesn’t interfere with my sleep!”
While replying to a question about whom she likes to take her coffee breaks with, the actress disclosed, “My son and I have such hectic schedules these days but it’s crucial for me to carve out quality time with him to catch up.”
“We can connect for hours over our favorite coffee, and those moments together mean the world to me,” she remarked.
Elsewhere in the interview, Sofia pointed out that she also drank coffee to “fuel her work life”.
“Definitely Gloria Pritchett. Playing that role required me to be very high energy. Whereas with Griselda I had to be much more serious and intense,” she added.
