Taylor Swift shatters Meghan Markle’s big dream
Meghan Markle relives Taylor Swift's heartbreak over major rejection
Taylor Swift, who recently bonded with Prince William and his kids, once declined Meghan Markle’s request to appear on her podcast.
As reported by The Telegraph, the Duchess of Sussex has previously invited the global pop mega star to be a part of her podcast Archetypes.
The former Suits actress wrote a "personal letter" to Swift, however, the singer "declined [her offer], through a representative."
Interestingly, this news has been re-circulating in the media after the Prince of Wales attended Swift’s star-studded concert at London’s Wembley Stadium alongside his kids Prince George and Princess Charlotte on June 21.
The future King of England received a warm birthday wish from the Lover singer as she shared an adorable selfie on her Instagram handle, featuring William, his children and Swift's new befriend Travis Kelce.
After the viral selfie moment, royal commentator Kinsey Schofield told GB News that Swift openly extended her support to the Wales family amid Meghan and Prince Harry’s growing feud with royals.
She said, "...I think we are seeing our Taylor side with Team Wales... Also, you know, a lot of people pointing out the pictures of Meghan and Harry at the Beyoncé concert, where Harry looks pretty miserable versus Prince William shaking his tail feathers at the Taylor Swift concert."
"You're just seeing that Prince William is pursuing joy. And I think that is important," Kinsey stated.
