BTS' V to release picture-perfect surprise with 'TYPE 1' photobook
BTS member V is set to uncover his photobook in July
V from BTS let cat out of the bag with surprise announcement of photobook, TYPE 1, release.
The South Korean singer and rapper’s agency, Big Hit Music caught the ARMY off guard with the sudden announcement of his photobook on Wednesday, June 26.
In addition, the agency uncovered a poster for V born Kim Tae-Hyung’s much anticipated photobook, set to release on July 9.
The official page of the BTS band also reposted the poster on their Instagram stories, featuring the K-pop sensation leaning against a wall in a relaxed posture.
"I still wonder wonder beautiful story / Still wonder wonder best part / I still wonder wonder next story / I want to make you mine,” his self-composed song Scenery lyrics are written on the top of his shirtless poster.
According to The Korea Times, V’s agency spilled beans from the making of TYPE 1. From the planning stages, he has participated personally in selecting the shooting location, title to curating moments that he wanted to share with his fandom.
Although the Layover, singer is currently busy in his mandatory military services but he got many ventures up his sleeves to keep his fans engage and remember them throughout his 18 months of services.
Before the revelation of his 224-page photobook, he dropped Fri(end)s on March 15, which amassed more than seven million views within 24 hours of its release and earned him 65th spot in Billboard Hot 100.
