Andy Cohen has come to Jennifer Lopez's defense after Meghan McCain made some disparaging comments about her.
On her podcast, Citizen McCain, Meghan claimed that Jennifer was a difficult guest during her time as co-host on The View (2017-2021).
However, Andy Cohen, a TV host and executive producer, has spoken out to contradict Meghan's negative remarks, vouching for Jennifer's good character.
“I, too, share similar negative stories that the entire world does. She just is a deeply unpleasant person. She had the biggest entourage I’ve ever seen. More than Kim Kardashian and the president. I just don’t really understand why it was needed,” she had said.
Andy defended her by telling his Daddy Diaries podcast audience that he was "amazed" at the negative feedback the Marry Me star had received.
Overlooking a friend’s assertion that she had “pissed off a lot of people,” Andy replied, “I don’t think that’s correct,” and then went on about the times the On the Floor singer has appeared on his talk show Watch What Happens Live.
“No drama. [She] wasn’t late, wasn’t anything. [She] showed up, was game, did the show,” he urged.
