Travis Scott has reportedly been arrested for disorderly intoxication and trespassing, said Miami Beach Police in its report.

On June 20, Scott, who shares two children with reality star Kylie Jenner, was arrested at 4:35 a.m. while he was detained under his real name, Jacques Bermon Webster.

US police informed CNN, “Scott was on a charter boat at Miami Beach Marina and was involved in a disturbance or a dispute with the boat’s crew.”

Officers were reportedly called to the marina, and he was asked to leave, per 7News.

The rapper left but returned again and got into a dispute with the crew and was asked to leave again. After he declined, Scott was taken in custody by Miami police officials.

An anonymous source told WSVN News, “Scott was drunk, causing a disturbance and asked to leave multiple times.”

Police told the outlet, “He became irate screaming profanities, left and returned to disturb some more.”

Meanwhile, Daily Mail reported that Scott was released on bond after paying $650 and $500 for the trespass charges and $150 for disorderly intoxication.

To note, Scott earlier scored his first UK number one album with Utopia, which has been streamed more than 50 billion times globally, per NME.

The outlet reported that Scott is currently on a break before his Circus Maximus tour, which started last year in North America, and will continue in Europe.

This is not the first time Scott got into trouble. Back in November of 2021, the rapper faced a tragic incident at his Astroworld festival Houston when 10 people were killed and hundreds injured as the crowd surged at his show.

Scott was not charged in the incident.
