Billy Ray Cyrus has made new allegations against his estranged wife, Firerose, amid their ongoing divorce.
According to a complaint filed on Monday, June 17, obtained by People Magazine, Cyrus accused Firerose of trying to "isolate" him from his family by blocking communication with at least one of his three daughters.
Billy shares two daughters with his former wife Tish: Miley, 31, and Noah, 24. He also adopted Tish's daughter from another relationship, Brandi, 37.
The complaint states, "[Cyrus] discovered that the Defendant [Firerose], unknowingly to Plaintiff [Cyrus], blocked at least one (1) of his daughters from being able to contact him on his phone(s) or electronic devices.:
The specific daughter’s name is not mentioned in the documents. It further alleges that Firerose :had been conducting a campaign to isolate" Cyrus from his family since the initial filing in May.
These new claims are part of an amendment to Cyrus’s initial court filing from nearly a month ago.
The 62-year-old singer-songwriter and actor initially filed for annulment on May 23 in Williamson County, Tennessee.
In the complaint, Cyrus also accuses Firerose of lying about her marital history, claiming she was married twice before, and alleges that she lied about her last name.
Meanwhile, Firerose, in her counter-filing, alleged that she was subjected to "extreme verbal, emotional and psychological abuse" from Cyrus.
She also claimed that Cyrus filed for divorce just one day before she was scheduled to undergo a planned surgery for breast cancer.
