Kevin Costner shares thoughts on dating rumours with Jewel

Kevin Costner recently addressed and quashed the dating rumors involving him and singer Jewel.

In an interview on The Howard Stern Show aired on Tuesday, June 18, the Yellowstone star clarified that their relationship is strictly platonic.

"No, Jewel and I are friends," he revealed, after speculations went rife when they were seen together at a charity event in December 2023, looking cozy in pictures obtained by TMZ, "We've never gone out."

"She's special, and I don't want these rumors to ruin our friendship because that's what we have," he expressed concern that the rumors could potentially damage their friendship, adding, "She’s beautiful enough to go out with."

The actor recounted how they first met during a trip to Branson's island, where they traveled together on a plane with Emma Watson and seven other non-celebrity passengers.

Costner shared that he and Jewel had some "tremendous conversations," which he valued deeply. "I don’t want the press to ruin this for us," he insisted

Throughout the interview, Costner remained firm about the nature of their relationship, saying, "We have a friendship, we don't have a romance, and we've never dated."
