Diljit Dosanjh to make debut appearance on 'The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon'

Diljit Dosanjh is reaching another milestone in his impressive music career, as he is set to appear on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.

On Wednesday, June 12, 2024, the 40-year-old actor-singer took to his Instagram to make a significant announcement, revealing his debut appearance on The Tonight Show hosted by Jimmy Fallon.

The post featured a bunch of pictures, where the first one was a collage featuring Diljit and Jimmy.

The second photo showcased a slide that mentioned the Udta Punjab actor's name along with other guests lined up, including Eddie Murphy, Matty Matheson, and Kevin Costner, among others.

Sharing the big news, Diljit penned, "PANJABI AAGYE OYEE (Punjabis have arrived, oh yeah) This Week’s Guest @jimmyfallon @fallontonight @nbc BHANGRA HUN MAINSTREAM PENA PROPER HOLLYWOOD (I'm bringing Bhangra to the mainstream, Hollywood style)."

Shortly after the post was shared, Diljit’s Crew co-star Kareena Kapoor Khan couldn’t contain her excitement. 

She took to the comment section and penned, "Ufffff," accompanied by two party-popper and red-heart emojis.

Reacting to her comment, Diljit wrote, “@kareenakapoorkhan Sadi Tan Kareena Hee An (Our only one is Kareena)."
