In the now viral clip, Ronaldo can be seen assisting a young wheelchair-bound mascot onto the field, guiding her on to the pitch. In another clip, Ronaldo can be seen holding her hand during Portugal’s national anthem.

The 39-year-old player scored two goals, pushing his team towards victory.
