In light of Donald Trump’s conviction in the hush money trial, the former president has been banned from travelling to these countries, The Independent reported.
On Thursday, the Republican candidate was found guilty on 34 charges of fabricating documents to silence adult film star Stormy Daniels regarding their secret affair that happened in the 2000s.
Accordingly, Trump might no longer be able to enjoy some of the liberties he formerly enjoyed, which could seriously hinder his ability to perform his presidential duties, which include visiting other nations.
Nearly 40 countries, including Canada and the United Kingdom, have rigorous procedures for permitting people with criminal records to cross their borders, and Trump, without a special accommodation, would be held to the same standards.
If he wins the presidential election in November, it's not certain if he will be permitted to travel, as he is still a felon.
Here is a list of all the countries that restrict felons from entering their countries.
