Real Madrid have won their 15th Champions League title with a 2-0 victory over Borussia Dortmund on Saturday at Wembley Stadium in London.

It is Real Madrid's first win at Wembley and it was Carlo Ancelotti's fifth victory as a manager.

Dortmund undeniably played an excellent game. It is a significant achievement for the club to have reached the final of the Champions League. Few teams have encountered Real Madrid in a Champions League final with as much determination as Borussia Dortmund displayed at Wembley Stadium on Saturday night.

The players from Dortmund demonstrated determination to win the final and showed no fear of Real Madrid's impressive record and reputation in this competition. They dominated the game in the first half, and the crowd cheered loudly for them when the referee blew the whistle for half-time.

Dani Carvajal and Vinicius Jr. scored the crucial goals in the match to seal the victory for their Spanish side.

The first goal came from Dani Carvajal in the 74th minute. Toni Kroos took a corner, and Carvajal headed the ball past Gregor Kobel into the net. While playing for Real Madrid, it was Dani's 13th goal after 11 seasons.

The second goal followed an error from Dortmund's Ian Maatsen. He passed the ball across his own goal, but Jude Bellingham intercepted it and passed to Vinicius Jr. Vinicius then drove towards the goal and scored with a slight deflection.

This victory strengthens Real Madrid's position in European football, giving them an unmatched 15 Champions League titles.

The Spanish club has not lost a European Cup final since their 1-0 defeat to Liverpool in 1981. They have now won nine finals in a row over 43 years, bringing their total to 15 titles – more than double that of second-placed AC Milan.
