JLo pushes back against ‘workaholic’ image amid marital woes reports

Jennifer Lopez says she is a proud homemaker, despite reports to the contrary amid her rumoured marital woes with Ben Affleck.

During her recent chat with Harper’s Bazaar while promoting her new Delola beverages, the 54-year-old singer shared that she is toning down her busy work schedule to make more time for her home life and friends.

“I love to cook. My kids love to bake. I love hosting at home, family and friends, especially now that the weather is warmer,” she told the outlet, adding, “I like to have people over. I don’t like to go out a bunch,”

“Sometimes it’s a brunch or an afternoon by the pool, or a nice small dinner with a few friends. Even just an everyday kind of like – a friend coming over and sitting down by the fire,” she said.

“It’s like creating the most beautiful life you can for yourself, and creating these moments that are unforgettable for you and your family and friends,” she concluded.

Lopez’s words come amid a report by US Weekly claiming that she is facing marital issues with Affleck because she works too much.

Sources claimed to the outlet that the Oscar-winner “doesn’t agree with Jennifer’s lifestyle.”
