Tiger Sky Tower is anticipated to cost $1 billion. Its completion date has yet to be confirmed. Reaching a whopping 532 metres and covering 122 floors, this building will break records with its height.
Interestingly, it is also home to the world’s highest penthouse, which will stand 427 metres.
Dubai’s Tiger Sky Tower has amazing-looking renders. Passers-by can see rooms with floor-to-ceiling windows and views of Burj Khalifa, as it is not far away from the world’s tallest building.
A basketball court surrounded by pretty greenery as well as a lounge area with palm trees were also seen in the shots that filmed the new building.
Moreover, it will also be home to the world's highest adventure park, infinity pool and restaurant.
Additional facilities will include a cigar lounge, kids’ play area, gym, shops and spa. And this is not it as Dubai’s Tiger Sky Tower will also have the tallest rainforest in a residential building in the world.
“We are moving in a new direction, trying to build something we have never done before. It’s tall, sustainable, and magnificent. This tower represents Tiger Group’s admiration for the city and the promises it stands for,” stated Tiger Properties CEO Eng Waleed Mohammed AlZoubi.
