Deepika Padukone enjoyed babymoon with Ranveer Singh while skipping Met Gala?

The Met Gala, a prestigious fashion event held annually on the first Monday of May, was notably without Deepika Padukone and her signature outfits this year, leaving fans disappointed.

As reported by News 18, a photo of the 38-year-old Bollywood diva with her husband Ranveer Singh is circulating widely on the internet and netizens are speculating that the actress may be on a babymoon.

In a picture believed to be from a recent vacation, the Tamasha actress is captured on the stairs of an airplane, dressed in a cozy brown overall, and wearing sunglasses. 

While, Ranveer could be seen dressed in casual all-white attire, follows closely behind her. 

Fans took to the comments section on Reddit to offer their blessings to the couple.

One fan wrote, “The little bump —May God bless her, them, and their little one, and may they be protected from the evil eyes,” while other penned, “God bless this couple!!” 

In 2017, Deepika marked her debut at the Met Gala in a striking white gown and the following year, 2018, she graced the event in a stunning red gown featuring a high slit. 

In 2019, the Singham Again actress captivated everyone's attention in a strapless pastel pink gown.

Deepika and Ranveer revealed their pregnancy in February of this year.
