Cristiano Ronaldo, the renowned Portuguese footballer, on Wednesday, expressed his excitement ahead of Al Nassr's match against Al Khaleej in the semi-final of the King Cup of Champions.
Al Nassr will face Al Khaleej in the semi-finals of the King Cup of Champions today.
The 39-year-old star player took to social media, sharing two photos of himself with a succinct caption: "Ready".
Ronaldo faced a one-match ban and returned to the field yesterday, playing against Al Khaleej. The match ended with a 1-0 win for Ronaldo's Al Nassr.
He faced a ban due to violent conduct during a match against Al Hilal. Earlier, he was handed a two-match suspension which was later mitigated to a one-match ban.
After the match, the former Real Madrid star shared a message he received from fans after the win. He shared photos on Instagram and captioned the post: "Happy with the win, let’s keep it going!"
Ronaldo's team holds the second-place spot in the Saudi Pro League as they sit nine points behind league toppers Al Hilal.
They are also 19 points ahead of Al Ahli in third place.
