Apple's new iPhone 16 to get bonus buttons, camera upgrades
New Apple leak reveals shocking iPhone 16 changes
With every new iPhone model, Apple tries to experiment with new technology. This time, as per reports, the phone manufacturing company is considering adding a second new button, Forbes reported.
Besides this, Apple is also reportedly using Sony's latest camera sensor technology, which splits the photodiodes and pixel transistors into two distinct layers capturing more light for each pixel.
If reports are true, this new sensory technology will only be reserved for the iPhone 16 Pro Max.
In addition, Forbes reported that all four models of iPhone 16 will have the presumptively named "Capture Button."
Apple is also increasing the optical zoom size available on the higher-tier iPhone 16 Pro and iPhone 16 Pro Max handsets.
Currently, the iPhone 15 Pro can zoom up to x3, but the iPhone 16 Pro and 16 Pro Max will see an upgrade to x5 optical zoom and the expectation of x25 digital zoom as an option when taking photos.
In terms of software, the new iPhones will have artificial intelligence (AI) infused features that will help improve the quality and the process of taking pictures.
Other phone manufacturers such as Samsung and Google have been focusing on AI-featured phones for a long time, while Apple has only now entered the race.
