BTS member Jungkook released the first statement from his mandatory military service.
The musician's heartfelt note on Weverse left his fans relieved, who were worried about his well-being since his enlistment in the military in December 2023.
The Seven singer wrote, "How are you, ARMY? I'm doing well."
He added, "I'm working hard exercising. I'm also cleaning very firmly up to the ceiling. I'm cooking rice very nicely as well. It's already mid-March. I'll greet you again. I miss you a lot. Unity!"
Earlier, in November, the singer also penned a heartwarming note for the ARMY ahead of his military duty.
At that time, the youngest member of the BTS group shared his message on Weverse, revealing that his heart is also heavy at the moment.
Jungkook further said that he will be away from music for one year and six months.
He added, "I'm somewhat cautious about asking you guys to wait while we do the military service… but I promise that I’ll be back on stage with more developed form of myself."
Alongside Jungkook, BTS members including V, Suge, Jin, J-Hope, RM, and Jimin, are also presently serving in the army.
