Ivanka, who is the second-born child of former United States president Donald Trump, adorned the Indian attire at the cocktail party on Day 1 of the events, Business Insider reported.
As she mingled with the world's wealthiest and most connected people on Saturday, Ivanka looked stunning in a gold and silver saree as she posed with her husband, Jared Kushner, and their daughter, Arabella Rose Kushner.
She posted pictures from the night on social media platform Instagram with the caption, "First night in India ~ a magical evening in Everland! Sending warm wishes to Anant and @radhikamerchant for endless happiness and love as they embark on this wonderful adventure together."
