Royal commentator Pandora Forsyth has cautioned that the potential reconciliation of the Royal family's former 'fab four' relies on all parties setting aside their egos.

Since their departure as senior royals in 2020, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have encountered a strained relationship with the monarchy, particularly with Prince William and Kate Middleton.

Since starting their new lives in California, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex have further distanced themselves from Harry's family by attacking both the British press and the Royal Family in a series of different public outlets.

The couple have sat down with Oprah Winfrey for a televised interview and Prince Harry has released a tell-all memoir, launching several scathing allegations towards his family.

On his most recent visit to the UK to see King Charles following his cancer diagnosis, Prince William made no plans to see his estranged brother.

The brothers have reportedly not spoken to each other since King Charles's Coronation ceremony in May 2023.

Discussing the chances of a reconciliation between the Sussexes and the Waleses, royal commentator Pandora Forsyth was hopeful that one day there "will be" a reuniting of the royal foursome.

However, Forsyth noted that it is not just the brothers who must reconcile, but Princess Kate and Meghan Markle as well, who have also shared a publicly icy relationship.

Forsyth noted their fallout the last time they were working together, and urged the royal couples to "put their egos to the side".

She explained: "Everybody needs to put their egos to the side, and really do what's best for the monarchy.

"Can I see that happening? Can I see the forgiveness happening? I just can't see it happening."

The royal commentator suggested that the Prince and Princess of Wales may be growing "frustrated" with their inability to speak their truth on the allegations made by the Sussexes over recent years.
