These options can be used on a range of devices including iOS, Android, Mac, and the web
If you're an avid WhatsApp user, you'll be happy to know that Meta on Wednesday released an update of the app that brings some exciting new features for you to enhance your user experience, 9to5Mac reported.
One of the main highlights of this update is the addition of four new text formatting options that will help you make your messages more organized and visually appealing.
In addition to the existing formatting options of bold, italics, and monospace, WhatsApp has now introduced bulleted lists, numbered lists, block quotes, and inline code.
These options can be used on a range of devices including iOS, Android, Mac, and the web, allowing users to enhance their messaging experience regardless of platform.
"These [text formatting options] help save time and help people communicate more effectively via their messages, especially in group chats," the company told 9to5Mac.
Here’s how to use WhatsApp's new text formatting options:
For bulleted lists
Type the – symbol, followed by a space.
For numbered lists
