'Proud' Vicky Kaushal lauds Katrina Kaif's performance in 'Merry Christmas'

Vicky Kaushal lauded her wife-actress Katrina Kaif's beautiful performance in her newly released film Merry Christmas. 

Taking to Instagram, the Sam Bahadur actor dropped Kaif's portrait and movie poster and penned a note of appreciation for the entire team.

The actor started his note by showering praise on his better half, saying, "So freaking proud of you love for how beautifully you have surrendered yourself to Sriram Sir’s masterful storytelling..."

While expressing his admiration for Kaif's Character in the film, Kaushal added, "...and to the complexities of 'Maria'… her rawness, her mystery, her magic… all done with such honesty and nuance! And that dance… uff!" 

The Sardar Udham actor dubbed Kaif's work in Merry Christmas her "best to date." 

Moreover, Kaushal praised Vijay Sethupati, the male lead of the film, saying, "Sir… don’t know how you bring that childlike innocence in your characters but it’s pure joy to watch you bring Albert alive."
