Following in his father's footsteps, Cristiano Ronaldo Jr has showcased his impressive football skills by nailing a free-kick during a training session with Chelsea academy star Yahya Idrissi.
With a technique eerily reminiscent of his legendary dad, Ronaldo Jr, 13, sent a picture-perfect free-kick curling into the goal, showcasing his budding talent in a recent training video that went viral on social media.
The video has garnered over 615k viewers and shared over 1.7k times.
The video was originally posted on social media by his fellow youngster Yahya Idrissi who forms part of Chelsea’s academy system.
The CR7’s eldest son, who sports the number 7 jersey for the academy team, joined academy ranks in Spain, Italy, England, and Saudi Arabia.
He made his debut for Al-Nassr's U13 side on October 20 last year after gaining experience playing for junior sides of Real Madrid, Juventus, and Manchester United.
Regarding his son’s football career, the Portuguese star shared his thoughts: “I'm hard with him sometimes because he drinks [cold drinks] sometimes and I'm p*ssed with him. I fight with him when he eats chips and fries and everything, he knows I don't like it.”
While questions may have been asked of the teenager off the pitch in recent years, he looks to be progressing positively enough on it.”
