Katrina Kaif maintained her poise after being dubbed as a glamour doll in her recently released film Tiger 3 alongside Salman Khan.
At a press conference of her upcoming thriller mystery movie, Merry Christmas, the Bollywood diva was asked how she feels playing a "nuanced character," as compared to her "just a glamour role" in Tiger 3.
Reacting to the reporter's question, Kaif said, "I see things a little different perhaps. I actually think the character of Zoya is one of the strongest characters I've ever had the chance to play."
She added, "Especially in Tiger 3, it was so nuanced and so well-written by Maneesh Sharma. I thoroughly enjoyed being able to play that character,” Katrina said in her response to the reporter's enquiry."
The co-founder of Kay Beauty’s graceful response has been lauded on social media by her fans.
One fan wrote, "She handled it so well, this guy deserved getting insulted for what he tried to do."
"Such reporters who are there just to provoke & get a reaction out of actors by insulting them. Glad that she answered it very gracefully and calmly," another chimed in.
Notably, Kaif is currently promoting her forthcoming film alongside her co-star Vijay Sethupathi.
Directed by critically acclaimed Sriram Raghavan, the movie is all set to hit big screens on January 12, 2024.
