Kareena Kapoor Khan took a dig at the young actors of the film industry as she lauded Rani Mukerji and Tabu's unmatchable acting skills.
During an interview with Forbes India, the B-town diva shared that in today's times, the age factor doesn't come in between any actress as the industry has evolved.
Speaking of veteran Bollywood actresses Rani and Tabu, Kareena said she believes they are some of the finest artists in the Indian film industry.
The Jab We Met star shared, "For them, no one's thinking of age. They're entertaining the audience. We're here to entertain. How does age matter?"
While showering praise on her former co-star, Kareena added, "Rani is absolutely cinematic in every which way. Whatever role she plays, she just transforms on the screen. You cannot take your eyes off her."
The actress further said that she thinks actors of her generation are performing better than young stars.
She shared, "All these actors are doing better than even, sorry, but even the younger lot. We're all raring to go."
On the professional front, the actress will be next seen in Hansal Mehta's The Buckingham Murders, which is a story inspired by the American crime drama Mare of Easttown.
Produced by Shobha Kapoor, Ektaa R Kapoor and Kareena herself, the movie is reportedly slated to release on March 22, 2024.
