Taapsee Pannu, who has recently shared a screen with Shah Rukh Khan in Dunki, opened up about his working experience with the Bollywood superstar.
In conversation with Pinkvilla, the actress shared that it was her dream to collaborate with Shah Rukh however, Taapsee revealed she never thought of achieving it.
She said, "This was a dream or a benchmark of sorts that I never thought I'll be able to achieve because I really did not keep it there in my list..."
The Badla actress continued, "I was like this is too good to be true let's just not even keep it there because if I don't achieve it I'll keep feeling bad about it."
While shooting for Rajkumar Hirani’s directorial, Taapsee shared that she has learned a lot from the Pathaan star.
Speaking of the film’s success, the 36-year-old actress said, "I wasn't sure how much they will embrace me in the setup. But I was sure that movie people will like."
The story of the newly released romantic drama film revolves around the remarkable journey of five friends, struggling to move abroad from India by crossing borders illegally.
Alongside Shah Rukh and Taapsee, the movie also features Boman Irani, Anil Grover and Vicky Kaushal.
The film was released globally in cinemas on December 21, 2023.
