Meghan Markle has reportedly been desperate to land a brand deal after 2023 went by without much financial success.
According to royal commentator Tom Bower, while speaking to Closer, the Duchess of Sussex has been eyeing 2024 with hopes of bagging lucrative contracts.

Bower noted that the former actress have been working hard at sowing the seeds for a successful 2024. elaborating that the lack of major contracts have been discouraging for her.
Bower said: "Meghan has made huge efforts.
"She does look amazingly good at the moment - and is clearly working hard at it.
"I think she’s looking desperately for an endorsement with something like Dior and that’s been a disappointment because she hasn’t landed one contract."

At the time, the Telegraph reported that that the former actress was in the works of signing a deal with Dior, who she has been a long-time fan of.
While it later emerged to be false, it highlighted the Suits alum's inability to wow major brands after her multi-million dollar deal with Spotify went bust after producing just 13 episodes of a lacklustre podcast.
