Katrina Kaif admits to being ‘fearless’ at the start of her career

Katrina Kaif recently admitted that she was more fearless with her approach as an actress at the initial stage of her acting career. 

In conversation with Pinkvilla, the Bollywood diva shared, "I feel in the beginning I was far more fearless in my choices as an actor because there was no thought behind it."

Kaif added that nowadays, actors have started chasing a "hit film," rather than choosing a script for the sheer love of a character. 

The Tiger 3 actress continued, “So, I think sometimes it's the responsibility also of us as actors not just the media to just make sure that we’re being fearless with our choices."

The co-founder of Kay Beauty emphasised, "Do what rings true to you as an actor and also understanding, at the end of the day we make films for our audience."

Kaif believes that it is very important to understand the mood of the audience while making films in today's times.

On the professional front, the actress will be next seen in an action thriller film Merry Christmas alongside Vijay Sethupathi. 

On December 20, the makers of the film released the trailer of their upcoming mystery drama on social media which left fans fascinated.

The two-minute Hindi trailer showcased the impeccable acting skills of Katrina and Vijay as their festive night took a scary turn.

Notably, the movie will be slated to release in Hindi and Tamil languages on January 12, 2024.
