Selena Gomez made her return to Instagram with a shoutout to her rumoured beau, Benny Blanco, after a week of silence.
The Single Soon singer, 31, shared a glimpse into her upcoming project, what appears to be relating to cooking. She also gave a shoutout to her music producer, Benny Blanco, 35, who recently released his cookbook.
“One of my favs releasing a cook book,” Gomez wrote on her IG Story as she shared Blanco’s post.
The shoutout comes after a tipster told celebrity Instagram account, DeuxMoi, that Gomez is romantically involved with the record producer for ‘quite some time’ now.
The post came after the Only Murders in the Building star, threatened to delete her Instagram following the backlash she received last week.
“I’m taking a break and deleting my Instagram. I’m done. I do not support any of what’s going on,” she wrote on her IG Story.
Two days before that, Gomez had broken her silence on the war in the Middle-east, as the former Disney alum expressed her heartbreak over “horror, hate, violence and terror.”
She added that “I’m sorry if my words will never be enough for everyone or a hashtag. I just can’t stand by innocent people getting hurt. That’s what makes me sick. I wish I could change the world. But a post won’t. Love, Selena.”
Gomez was then slammed by online users for “narcissistic” comment and making the ongoing war “about herself.”
“She’s this cute little kindness advocating angel but here she is making a whole genocide about herself. I know a narcissist when I see one,” tweeted one user.
