Prince Harry and Meghan Markle were made the butt of all jokes in a recently released episode of Family Guy.
Just eight months after the Duke and Duchess of Sussex were targeted in Comedy Central Show South Park, the couple was seen in an animated version of the show’s 22 season where multiple references were made of their failed Netflix deal as well as their departure from the royal family.
In the episode, the main character Peter Griffin decided on taking on a solo adventure as he told his pals: "That's fine I'll go it alone, just like Meghan Markle and Prince Harry."
It then cut to an animated version of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle lounging by the pool as a butler approached the Duke of Sussex with an envelope saying: "Sir, your millions from Netflix for no one knows what."
To this, the Duke of Sussex responded "put it with the rest of them".
The animated version of Meghan then interjected and said: "Babe, time to do our daily $250,000 sponsored Instagram post for Del Taco."
"I shouldn't have left the made-up nonsense," Prince Harry replied, referring to his regret of leaving the royal family.
The snide comment was a dig at the pair’s Archwell Production company signing a deal with Netflix in 2020.
Since then, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex have managed to only make three docuseries on the platform.
