Lil Nas X, the 24-year-old musician known for his distinctive style, made a bold statement following his viral comments about Twitter's rebranding. The Grammy-winning artist was spotted at New York City's John F. Kennedy International Airport, sporting a comfortable yet eye-catching outfit.

During his travel day, Lil Nas X donned an oversized pink and white hoodie with matching shorts, keeping the hood of the sweater on his head and wearing earbuds. Completing the look, he opted for tactical black boots, exuding a unique sense of fashion.

The rebranding of Twitter has been a focus since Elon Musk, the former CEO of the platform, stepped down in May to concentrate on product design and new technology.

Musk took to Twitter to announce the upcoming change in the platform's logo, which would now be represented by an "X." He playfully wrote, "And soon we shall bid adieu to the Twitter brand and, gradually, all the birds," in one of his posts.

In another post, Musk teased, "If a good enough X logo is posted tonight, we'll make (it) go live worldwide tomorrow." Later, he humorously expressed his fondness for the letter "X," tweeting a photo of himself making an "X" with his arms in front of a wall covered in the letter.

In response to Musk's tweets, the "Old Town Road" singer shared his thoughts on the platform. Lil Nas X humorously remarked, "since I haven’t released music in 5 years and twitter pays you now. i am ready to accept my destiny as twitter supreme again [sic]."

He further commented, "I appreciate Elon renaming the app after me, but this is honestly overwhelming."
