It seems that Avril Lavigne and ex Tyga are on good terms despite calling it quits last month after dating for nearly four months.
On Saturday, July 1st, 2023, the Girlfriend hitmaker, 38, performed with Marshmello at the Encore Beach Club at the Wynn in Sin City.
Following her appearance, the musician was seen chatting and hanging out with Tyga at the venue. Many fans caught the friendly reunion on camera as they left the venue together after the show.
The Canadian musician was previously engaged to singer Mod Sun for 10 months before the couple called it quits in February 2023.
Lavigne and Mod’s breakup made headlines one day after the singer was spotted hugging rapper Tyga at Nobu in Los Angeles.
In the weeks that followed, Sk8er Boi singer and the rapper packed on the PDA while attending the Mugler x Hunter Schafer party in Paris. They were also spotted locking lips outside the venue.
A source told People Magazine at the time that “Tyga and Avril are getting to know each other,” and are “very into each other.”
“They’re still not exclusive and just getting to know each other. They’re taking things very slowly to be on the safe side and really get to know each other before diving into something serious,” the source added.
“But they are spending a lot of time together.”
Last month, on June 20th, 2023, TMZ reported that Bite Me singer and the Rack City rapper have broken up after three-and-a-half months of dating.
Moreover, a source revealed that Lavigne will be keeping the custom-made $80,000 Mavani & Co. Jewelry necklace Tyga gifted her earlier this year.
