National Assembly Speaker Raja Parvaiz Ashraf has accepted the resignations of 80 PTI MNAs

National Assembly (NA) Speaker Raja Pervaiz Ashraf, on Friday, accepted the resignations of 35 more Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) MNAs taking the tally of de-seated PTI lawmakers to 80.
The move comes amid reports that the PTI is thinking to return to the assembly, claim the post of the leader of the opposition, and "test" Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif through a vote of confidence.
