NOWSHERA: Pir of Manki Sharif Syed Muhammad Roohul Amin died of cardiac arrest here on Sunday. He was 71.He was laid to rest at his ancestral graveyard in Manki Sharif. The funeral prayer was offered at Manki Sharif ground, which was attended by members of the national and provincial assemblies, religious scholars and a large number of local people.Syed Roohul Amin was the leader of the Sufi Council of Pakistan. He was the former president of the Tanzeem Mashiek Ulema Council and founder member of the Interfaith Council. His ‘qul’ will be held at 10am in Manki Sharif on Tuesday.
