RAWALPINDI: The Election Commission of Pakistan has declared Rukhsana Jamshed Buttar, belonging to the Pakistan Muslim League (PML), as returned candidate on the seat reserved for women in the National Assembly from Punjab, says a press release. The seat fell vacant due to the resignation of Begum Shahnaz Shaikh of PML.
