CDGL ordered to cut spending

DISTRICT Coordination Officer Lahore Noor-ul-Amin Mengal has directed all departments of the CDGL to make sure financial discipline and reduce the non-development expenditures.
Presiding over a meeting at Town Hall, DCO Lahore said that timely and transparent utilisation of development budget should be ensured.
He directed concerned officers to pay full attention to the completion of development schemes and tight the belt to reduce non-development expenditures. He also directed to focus on the patchwork of roads.
In the meeting, concerned officers gave detailed briefing about the developmental schemes of the city.
