Two veteran TV artistes of our country – Roshan Atta and Liaquat Soldier – passed away recently. Roshan Atta was a popular radio, television and film actress. Her performance in drama serial ‘Jungle’ is still etched on the memories of her fans. She was also awarded the Life Achievement Award by PTV. Liaquat Soldier, too, will be remembered for his unforgettable roles in comedy dramas and stage plays. He proved his mettle in presence of icons of comedy like Umar Sharif and Moin Akhtar.
