Geo TV always produced quality dramas: Imran Aslam

KARACHI: Geo TV Network President Imran Aslam has said that Geo TV has always produced quality dramas for the viewers. That explains why each and every Geo drama gets popularity.

He was speaking at a ceremony to promote Geo TV drama “Baarish Kay Aansoo” at a local hotel. A large number of showbiz personalities and media persons attended.

Imran Aslam said, “Our team thoroughly examines each drama and after comprehensive discussion of all aspects at various levels, the drama is finally selected. We give priority to merit and go for quality.”

He praised all members of the team of ‘Barish Kay Aansoo’, especially its director and producer Barkat Ali Siddiqi and Tanveer Ajmi, for their excellent work.

Asif Raza Mir, Saba Hameed, Humayun Mehbob, Tanveer Jamal, Shahazad Nawaz and others also spoke on the occasion. They were unanimous in praising Geo TV presentations and said that its dramas were realistic. All spoke high of Barkat Ali’s hard work for this drama.

‘Barish Kay Aansoo’ will be telecast every Friday at 9 pm on Geo TV. The cast includes Asif Raza Mir, Saba Hameed, Faisal Qureshi, Irum Akhter, Maria Wasti, Farah Shah and Aijaz Aslam.
