Directions

1. Spray the basket of your air fryer with cooking spray and set aside. Pat the chicken wings dry and sprinkle generously with salt. Place the wings in the fryer basket so they are not touching (if necessary to fit, line up the drumettes standing upright along the sides). Set the air fryer to 360 degrees F or 180 degrees C and cook for 12 minutes, then flip the wings with tongs and cook for 12 minutes more. Flip the wings again, increase the heat to 390 degrees F or 198 degrees C if you have the option in your brand of air fryer, and cook until the outsides are extra-crispy, about 6 minutes more.

2. In the meantime, warm the butter in a microwave-safe bowl in the microwave until melted, about 1 minute. Whisk in the hot sauce.

3. Toss the wings with the butter mixture to coat in a large bowl and serve with dressing on the side.

Ingredients

Directions

1. Preheat an air fryer to 380 degrees F or 180 degrees C and spray the basket with nonstick spray.

2. Cut the potato in half lengthwise, then into 1/4-inch slices. Cut the slices into 1/4-inch sticks. Put the fries in a medium bowl and rinse them well with cold water, then drain and pat dry with paper towels.

3. Toss the fries with the oil in a medium bowl, then sprinkle with 1/2 teaspoon salt and several grinds of pepper. Working in batches if necessary, put the fries in an even layer in the air fryer basket with no overlapping and cook, turning them halfway through, until golden brown and crisp, 14 to 16 minutes. Remove and season with salt.
