Islamabad : Iqra University Islamabad Campus (IUIC) Wednesday kicked off COVID-19 vaccination drive to administer coronavirus vaccine to the students of Islamabad campus and over 650 students were vaccinated in a single day with the help of District Health Officer and ADCL staff, says a press release.
Deputy Commissioner Islamabad Hamza Shafqaat graced the occasion as chief guest and expressed his satisfaction over the arrangements and protocols made by the university administration. Speaking on the occasion, IUIC Vice President Dr Muhammad Islam said that vaccination is the only way through which we can turn the tables around and return to our normal life. Vaccination of every undergraduate and graduate student present at the campus is our top priority.
After conclusion of the vaccination, IUIC Director Industrial Linkages Usman Kemal thanked Hamza Shafqaat for sparing precious time out of his busy schedule.
