The PDM is going to hold a public meeting in Swat on July 4. Senior PDM leadership, including Maulana Fazlur Rahman of Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam, PML-N’s president Shehbaz Sharif, vice-president Maryam Nawaz, former prime minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi and others would speak at the gathering.

Speaking on the occasion, Amir Muqam said the government had started mortgaging motorways, airports and other national assets to secure loans.

He said that the country did not need the electronic voting machines; rather it needed an unblemished leadership to steer Pakistan out of the prevailing difficulties.

Amir Muqam said the government was telling lies to the nation about the recently announced budget being tax-free. The PML-N leader said that thousands of Pakistanis working in Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates had lost their jobs due to the incompetence of the rulers.
