This refers to the article, ‘Did anyone use the ‘T’ word?’ (February 13) by Aijaz Zaka Syed. The writer has correctly pointed to the double-standards of the western media and world leaders with regard to their treatment of the Charlie Hebdo incident and the recent murder of Muslim students in North Carolina.
It is evident that western reporting is muzzled by the invisible hatred towards Muslims. Moreover, world leaders like Barrack Obama go in hibernation when Muslims are a victim of hate crime.
