The Muttahida Qaumi Movement on Sunday strongly condemned the arrest of its activist, Umair Hasan Siddiqui, by Sindh Rangers personnel.
In a statement, the MQM Rabita Committee maintained that paramilitary personnel were refusing to reveal Umair’s whereabouts.
The MQM claims that Rangers had picked up Umair, a member of the party’s election cell, from Azizabad No 8 on Saturday night.
