Every year about a hundred Pakistani students go to China under the cultural exchange scholarship programme. Despite pledges and promises of subsidies by the Ministry of Inter-Provincial Coordination, not a single penny is transferred into their accounts after 2011.
Moreover, the students are not being provided satisfactory answers regarding funds allocation and their distribution. The authorities are requested to look into the matter.
