Senior bureaucrat Babar Yaqoob Fateh Mohammad has been posted as the Punjab chief secretary. An official notification of his appointment has been issued and he is expected to assume office today (Wednesday). He has also worked as chief secretary of Balochistan and Gilgit Baltistan. —Correspondent
