Lt Col Zahid Iqbal, the senior-most referee and one of the instructors, stated “It was my dream to witness this level of seminar in Pakistan. This achievement is a credit to the current PGF management, who made it possible. Those attending are truly fortunate—we paid a great cost to become certified Tournament Administrators in the past.”

Adding to the encouragement, Brig Sajid Akram praised the initiative, saying, “I really commend the efforts of the Rules Committee of the Pakistan Golf Federation. Their dedication and hard work are evident in the success of this seminar.”

The two-day session was led by Pakistan’s top TARS Qualified Referees including Lt Col Zahid Iqbal, Maj Rao Muhammad Ismail, Malik Muhammad Kamran Awan, and Mrs. Minaa Zainab.

The President of PGF appreciated the smooth organization and the dedicated efforts of the Rules Committee, instructors, and participants in making this pioneering seminar a resounding success.
