RAWALPINDI: Saim Ayub has declared that he is fit enough to play competitive cricket and that was why he decided to figure in Pakistan Super League (PSL).
He was speaking to journalists following Peshawar Zalmi’s comprehensive loss against Quetta Gladiators.
“I was in full practice following my injury and rehabilitation. My decision to play in the PSL was based on practice and the time I put in the nets. Everyone his own game. I have a plan in my mind and am following that.”
On Saturday’s match, he said Quetta Gladiator played well.
Saim hoped that coaches would work on the flaws that were visible on Saturday.
Saim said that Zalmi would make their best efforts to bounce back from the early jolt.
