Saif Ali Khan and Sidharth Malhotra might be teaming up for he much-anticipated fourth sequel of Race.
Rumours have been circulating on social media about the film’s cast for a while, which has now been set straight by Producer Ramesh Taurani of Tip Films.
A statement has been released by the production company stating that Saif and Sidharth are in talks for the upcoming entry of the action-packed movie.
However, they have not yet approached any other male or female actors currently as the new installment is in the scripting phase.
“We would like to clarify that we are currently in discussions only with Saif Ali Khan and Sidharth Malhotra for the next installment of the Race franchise (Race 4), which is currently in its scripting phase.”
“No other male or female actors have been approached at this stage", the statement read.
Hence, the makers have requested the media to avoid spreading false news and wait for the official confirmation by the PR team.
Race 3, directed by Remo D’Souza, was released in 2018 starring Salman Khan, Anil Kapoor, Bobby Deol and Daisy Shah.
The Kal Ho Naa Ho actor featured in the first film of the series alongside Akshaye Khanna in 2008.
