KARACHI: The son of the Chief Justice of the Sindh High Court (SHC) Justice Sajjad Ali Shah was kidnapped by unknown persons in Karachi on Monday, Geo News reported.
According to the report, Awais Ali Shah, son of chief justice Sindh High Court, went for shopping at a plaza in Clifton when unknown persons, riding a white car, stopped him. The witnesses at the site said that Awais Shah resisted and scuffled with them but they forcibly pushed him into the car and fled. The car of Awais Ali Shah was found in Clifton. The personnel of the law enforcing agencies became active and trying to find the CJ’s son.
Chief Minister Sindh Qaim Ali Shah and Governor Ishratul Abad took notice of the incident and ordered police and personnel of law enforcing agencies to recover Awais Ali Shah as soon as possible. They said that all resources should be used for the safe recovery of the son of Chief Justice of Sindh High Court Justice Sajjad Ali Shah.
